I have extensive experience of leading multifaceted programmes and projects, from organisational change in response to the UK's exit from the EU, to changing how a government department tackled enablers of criminality in a complex stakeholder landscape.I have a strong background in leading teams and I am a Civil Service Future Leaders Scheme alumna. I'm experienced in developing, coaching and mentoring others in the Civil Service.I also have a background in intelligence across a variety of organisations. Ranging from designing and delivering a new intelligence function for an arm's length body. Through to Intelligence Analysis within central government, local and national policing bodies.
