I’m Nikki, a mum of two and a lifelong tech enthusiast. My journey with technology started as young as 14, working alongside my family in our computer shops (1994) and learning HTML before Google was even around (1996). As an A* art student, it felt natural to pursue both IT and Art, which led me to Art College. Since the early 2000s, I’ve been self-taught, driven by an insatiable curiosity for the digital world. I feel as though technology is an extension of who I am, and I’m constantly exploring and mastering new tools to bring value to my clients.Over the years, I’ve completed the highest level NVQs in business admin and IT, a diploma in social media for business, and countless courses in Google, Meta, WordPress, and even App Development. I’m always hungry to learn and adapt, particularly with the current advances in AI, which I now integrate into my daily work.Luminite Design began in 2014 but has roots that reach far earlier. From designing for friends and family to building a full-time business, Luminite has been my creative outlet, my passion, and my ‘third child.’Over the years, I’ve kept pace with the ever-evolving tech landscape, making Luminite a trusted name for hundreds of clients.Today, Luminite Design supports 270+ clients, manages 120+ live websites on our dedicated server, and offers digital marketing, SEO, content creation and design services that meet the highest standards.Our mission at Luminite Design is simple: to make the internet easy and accessible for everyone.
