After years of handling the accounting department single handedly, I have transitioned to the position of Chief Financial Officer. I maintain all the responsibilities and duties of Controller, but have moved into a new phase of growth with LTI. I hope to help grow the company and continue to aid in its financial success. My new responsibilities include attending share holder meetings and meetings of the board of directors and offering support with financial matters.

Since I have joined the team full time, I have successfully made the transition to paperless invoicing, reducing the company's paper and postage usage. I have also revamped our bank reconciliation process to improve our accuracy and efficiency. I have developed custom reports to help track the financial progress of the company. In addition, I was in charge of acquiring certification by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council and we are now a proud Women's Business Enterprise. I continue to work with the organization and am in charge of outreach and supplier diversity for LTI. I recently acquired a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Show less

Cat's Cradle is a world famous live music venue. Here, I had the opportunity to work with some of the great minds in the current music industry.
