• Adheres to GMP and ISO 9001 by following SOPs, completing BPRs, and reporting any non-conformances.• Possess excellent aseptic techniques in tissue culture (ie. both adherent and suspension cell lines) and viral propagation; reviving cell lines from liquid nitrogen, passaging them based on the cell confluency and cell counts, and finally infecting the cell cultures. • Harvest the antigens from the infected cell cultures; process the end products through extraction using ultracentrifuge or collect the fractions of end products from sucrose gradient centrifugation. • Prepare molecular diagnostics proficiency testing (PT) products through serial dilutions using micropipettes, package them using digital pipette, and at last label the vials. • Accurately maintains the stocks of materials and reagents by conducting weekly inventory check; managing the time to make reagents while also completing the daily assigned tasks, or reporting to supervisors for ordering the materials. • Capable to prepare large-scale of sterile media (ex. 400 liters) using media preparation tank; then sterilize them by either autoclaving or filtering through 0.2 µm filters, and at last dispensing them into sterile media bags in barrels or sterile glass bottles.
