    I delivered strategic consultancy and freelance project management to charities in Birmingham, including: - Review and evaluation of a year-long social enterprise pilot, providing a viability analysis, options for continuation and new delivery models to improve sustainability, managing the transition from one delivery model to another and securing continuing funding for a further two years. - Interrogating and analysing donations data and data sources, developing and delivering action… Show more I delivered strategic consultancy and freelance project management to charities in Birmingham, including: - Review and evaluation of a year-long social enterprise pilot, providing a viability analysis, options for continuation and new delivery models to improve sustainability, managing the transition from one delivery model to another and securing continuing funding for a further two years. - Interrogating and analysing donations data and data sources, developing and delivering action plans for each workstream resulting in a 76% increase in the level of donations in that year and creating tools to better monitor, record and analyse relevant financial and donor data. - Designing and developing a charities Strategic Plan (2017-2020), working in partnership with Pilotlight (who provided pro-bono support). - Managing a charities ISO:9001 re-accreditation process and their Matrix re-accreditation process, delivering: an audit, identifying areas of non-compliance and areas for improvement; managing the resolution plans, activities, and assessment process; creating new processes and procedures for ongoing management and monitoring of quality systems, policy updates and new policies. - Producing and managing a Christmas campaign plan. - Supporting an organisation to create a benefits realisation strategy and their annual Impact Report. As a freelance trainer, I also designed and delivered project management training to third sector project managers and project teams, training individuals from over 30 unique charities. Show less
