Based 10 minutes outside Belfast near bus routes, Walk It Off NI’s small-group (max 12-15) guided walking experiences include local, outdoor picnic or lunch. last 2-3 hours, cover at least 5km, immerse you in the only regional park in NI, the Lagan Valley Regional Park. Full of natural distraction and local stories they give you a chance to just breathe as you explore the landscapes, leaving you with a feeling of satisfaction and relaxation. With an emphasis on small-group connection, we pause to eat, alfresco, locally produced, excellent food. Together, naturally. She decided to discover more about it's benefits. Discovering that type 2 diabetes had increased by 67 per cent in 10 years, she decided to create a tourist product to enhance current and future wellbeing, connecting with each other, the heritage of the landscapes, and with her. Walk It Off NI's mission has always been to offer sustainable, eco-friendly, walking & food experiences that enhance your wellbeing even after you leave and Nikki is constantly learning and adapting to make the experiences as low-impact and regenerative as they can be. Studied Business Administration and Languages at UCLAN. Worked in Hospitality and Tourism at various stages of my life.
