I am responsible for the smooth day to day running of all operations within the company from the annual maintenance of equipment, reactive fault calls and larger installation projects. Within that I deal with scheduling and diary management, customer liaison, ordering, ISO audits, quotations, fleet, finances, HR, Health and Safety and all company processes in order to maintain and ensure a quality service and customer satisfaction.

This year I have had to establish a new class of students, all with multiple complex needs, setting up timetables, carrying out baselines, holistic assessments and setting targets and evidencing OCR units of study for learners. I am responsible for delivering lessons for several different groups, teaching subjects such as life skills, enterprise, functional skills, communication, horticulture, social skills, photography, work experience and environmental awareness. I am also responsible for writing many academic reports, incident reports, carry out risk assessments and staff supervisions, keeping contact with stakeholders, as well as many other administration tasks. Young Epilepsy is a national charity working exclusively for children and young people aged 25 and under with epilepsy and associated conditions. During the School Summer holidays I have for two years running worked on a four week Government run residential course for 15-17 year olds, helping them develop and learn new skills for life (such as personal skills, teamwork, planning, marketing, communication, leadership and cooking). As part of the project they stayed at an Outdoor Activity Centre and in University accommodation.
