Being in an organization where you are dealing with many aspects of business from manufacturing, to installation, to delivery and after sales service provides an opportunity for the multifaceted acquisition of skills. Moving into the Sales and Operation manager position shortly after a few months of being part of the team. I have now taken up the post of streamlining our business process and taking marketing and communication above and beyond.
