Completed apprenticeship

In my administration role, I supported the hub manager with all aspects of administration including recruitment, correspondence, telephone, petty cash to name but a few. In my life skills coach role, I help to promote, encourage and support adults with disabilities to lead happy, independent, socially inclusive and healthy lives. I plan and deliver life skill sessions for up to 8 people and I help support and supervise volunteers.

Reception work, I answered customer enquiries by telephone, email and in person, made appointments, took payments, helped them choose the correct frames and lenses and dealt with customer complaints.

I worked part time in the family run business as a Chiropractic Assistant. I worked on the reception, answering telephones, filing, making appointments and taking payment. I also assisted the Chiropractor with basic information gathering on new patients. The days I was not working in the office I was looking after the families child as a private nanny. I looked after the well being of the child and I took the child to age related clubs and classes to promote the childs learning and development.
