Sulzbacher Center provides Health, Housing, and Hope to homeless or at risk men, women and children. I oversee the daily operations of the Sulzbacher Center’s downtown campus. My oversight includes facilities, safety, security, internal systems, policies and procedures, clients, staff, budget management, and long-term strategic planning for optimal workflow and program sustainability.A few highlights :•Converted or reconstructed 140 beds into an emergency shelter dormitory, fee-for-service rooms, recuperative care medical unit, and a Veteran's housing unit for up to 120 clients.•Appointed as construction project lead for City of Jacksonville (COJ), Sulzbacher, and Mental Health Resource Center’s collective effort to create a community resource center (The Urban Rest Stop) to provide a safe space for unsheltered and underserved individuals to congregate and access showers, meals, laundry, housing and job assistance.•Managed the rehabbing of a pre-existing warehouse structure to create 20 new leased office spaces, while converting mixed use facilities to accommodate all new services rendered by The Urban Rest Stop.•Collaborated with TTV architects, Warden Construction, ACON Construction, the COJ Planning Department, CSX, SUDDATH, and community stakeholders to communicate insights for advancing shared organizational goals.

Managed total HR solutions for 180 staff members and 100+ volunteers and interns including policies, procedures and HR programs, recruitment and selection, policy development, HRIS, records, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, organizational development, strategic planning, and risk management.

Human Resources coordination of a busy full service HR department for over 300+ staff.
