I have put together a Board of Directors, an Advisory Board and a few initial staff members to form a new school for children of all capabilities including those with special needs and those who are gifted. The emphasis of this school's program is to use creative arts in all areas of study.

I worked one-on-one with a then nineteen year old young woman with ASD who was mostly non-verbal and struggled to communicate. She is now typing her own blog and taking college courses.

I was lead teacher in the Primary Skills classroom with students of varying learning disabilities from severe ADHD to autism. I also created my own curriculum for my students according to state guidelines and their individual abilities.
