Hi! I’m Nikki and I’m the founder and lead planner here at Weddings with Flair. I am a Trinidad & Tobago native, coffee lover, wife and mom to the most amazing little human. In my family, celebrations have always been important. There’s nothing too big or too small that shouldn’t be celebrated with hearty food (with dessert of course!), yummy drinks and quality time together.When I completed by degree in Psychology and Human Resource management, I had no idea it would lead me down this road. Thanks to the amazing support of my boyfriend (now husband), my wonderful family and my closet friends, Weddings with Flair was born and I've been able to build it to where it is now.I have been planning and executing weddings in the Caribbean for over 10 years and I love being part of those special moments in life. Having received training from the Association of Bridal Consultants as a Professional Wedding Planner, I also became certified with the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada as a Certified Destination Wedding Coordinator. My love for luxury and travel in the Caribbean also led me to be trained and designated by Sandals Resorts as a Certified Sandals Specialist and a Sandals WeddingMoons Specialist.Every wedding is a unique and personal event. My relationship with my clients is built on a foundation of trust and open communication. I'm grateful for the personal relationships I've built with my couples over the years.When I’m not planning weddings or Sandals vacations for my clients, my husband and I are probably planning our own vacation.
