Managing Broker And Director Of Training
• Charged with developing Evolution Realty, a sister company of Metro Brokers• Personally responsible for 80% of all activities associated with establishment, including leading the implementation of commission structures, revenue models, systems for compliance, and marketing, which was successfully accomplished within a 12 month period• Act as a creative, forward-thinking training head to recruit 14 agents in 10 months, with an additional 8 licensees anticipated after testing• Collaborate with the CEO and franchise sales director to develop Evolution’s value proposition• Responsible for the assessment and identification of training and development needs for the organization • Design 5 modules to enhance the skills and knowledge of developing agents and deliver 2-4 hours of training, 2 days per week• Produced professional development content, leading to the recruitment of 4 established agents to Evolution• Compile data on training programs and prepare monthly reports• Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements• Advise managers on organizational policy matters, such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes• Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits• Maintain responsibilities of Managing Broker such as negotiating agent disputes within and outside my organization, fully responsible for all contract review and state compliance, monitoring agent licenses and continuing education requirements from the state, outreach and ongoing networking to build our brand and our office with new recruits
