Nikki Jackson has supported a diverse group of customers over ten years, most recently serving as a Principle Analyst and Engineering Services Lead providing key leadership for service areas, including but not limited to information assurance, software development, requirements, testing, technical writing, and training.Nikki has served as a lead Senior Software Developer for web applications and support to both project and program management . She is well practiced in the complete software development lifecycle – from requirement collection to customer and executive engagement to application deployment; experienced with corporate policy, program processes and procedures, and proposal initiatives. She is a skilled planner and organizer, previously creating and/or participating on governance boards, engineering committees, affinity groups, technical recruiting and other company outreach teams. Nikki is a strong communicator with a passion for volunteering to include cheerleading, robotics outreach, and college/industry outreach speaking.
