As an agent my responsibilities included providing excellent customer service while scheduling appointments and assisting customers with any inquiries they may have had. I excelled in multitasking multiple programs along with being trained to work across different campaigns simultaneously. As a supervisor my duties for program management included considering candidates for hire, training and coaching team members, building client relations, and various reporting.

As an Information Technology Support student my responsibilities on the Help Desk Team included providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
