As the Subject Specialist Lead for Religious Education at Inspiration Trust, I oversee the development and implementation of the RE curriculum across 21 schools. My role encompasses curriculum design, leadership of a SCITT programme, and the creation and management of assessments and staff professional development (CPD).I am also an active member of the national RE community, serving on the executive committee of the National Association of Teachers of Religious Education (NATRE).With over 20 years of classroom experience, my career includes roles such as Deputy Head of Year, Head of House, Senior Leadership Team (SLT) member, and Head of Department and Faculty. I also have experience as a GCSE examiner for Religious Studies with Eduqas.
