Growing up, I, Nikki Morrish, have always been interested in the behind the scenes work that occurs. I find learning about how the idea was created and the strategy used to implement the idea, just as interesting as the final product. The interest I have in the behind the scenes work coincides with my professional personality as well.I do not obsess over having recognition of anything, I enjoy helping people by making everyone’s lives easier by doing work in the background. I work hard to make sure each task is done correctly and in a timely matter. I am always available to answer questions and provide my opinion. I am trustworthy, dedicated and dependable to do anything that is needed, even if it is not necessarily a part of my job description. For each position I have held, I have always been put in the position of supervisor, without necessarily having the title. I have trained employees, closed up shops, managed schedules and more. I have been asked what the next step on moving forward with the company and how to make the lives easier for everyone on the team. I am not here to disappoint anyone and will do what I can to make a positive future with the company.My main goal is to grow with a company or organization and to build a positive connection with them. I do not want to go to work only for the money, I want to go to work for the connection I have with the company. Another goal of mine is to grow, learn and expand my abilities to become a well-rounded employee, that can be beneficial in any position if needed.As I have said, I am a hard worker, trustworthy, dedicated and dependable, but I am also more than that. I am a fun person that works well with people. I encourage and help people to grow alongside me and I do not leave anyone behind. As an employee, I would become a great asset to your company.
