The job entailed, identifying potential clients, developing a prospect base, devising a go-to-market strategy and converting prospects to leads. My job started from the point we had to figure out to whom we had to sell and followed up until the point the the sale was done.

We used to provide legal and business transcription services, technical writing services, data mining, article writing services along with a bit of data entry solutions and some other tailor-made solutions as per client specification. Handled all the operational aspects of the BPO with clients in US, UK and Canada. Managed the lead generation/ business development team and acquired new clients for the company. Provided consultancy services to several BPO startups in Vadodara, Ahmedabad and Mumbai with regard to process set up, process and project management issues, transition management issues, client verification, project cost sheets and feasibility analysis.
