There, I witnessed firsthand the inner workings of commercial banking. After this, I secured a role at the Ghana Deposit Protection Corporation (GDPC) where I fell in love with regulatory compliance. By collaborating with accountable institutions and stakeholders like the Bank of Ghana, I gained a comprehensive understanding of the Central Bank's vital role in ensuring price and financial stability. I became fascinated by the interconnectedness of macroeconomic factors, customer trust, and satisfaction in maintaining financial stability. Eager to promote consumer protection and financial inclusion, I set my sights on a role within the Bank of Ghana's Financial Stability Department.
