FCS has been a great door that has opened for me and giving the the training and chance to make a difference. I'm grateful, humble, and always willing to learn.

I had two collections, which one was a top winner of the Critters Preditors and Editors Poll.

I was a greeter and I worked in both Concessions and Ushering. All three areas required professionalism and top quality customer service as well as completing tasks in a timely manner.

I answered phones, scheduled appointments, did intake, light filing, received payments and operated an IBM cash register, kept the accountants' work areas clean and well stocked, light office cleaning, and premium customer service.
