Customer Service Advisor
Current- Deal with customer queries via phone, email or webchat providing clear, accurate and relevantinformation.
- Ensure customers are satisfied with the company’s service or products as well as work withinternal and external partners to ensure.
- Be the voice of the National Trust and provide customers with a high-class service, buildingrapport and trust.
- Handle inbound calls and help customer with the processes for joining, renewing, donating,and gifting memberships.
- Provide customers with information and advice on how to enjoy and explore the amazingplaces that National Trust looks after.
- Capturing and updating customer data within the system.
