I am an administrative professional, public servant, and leader with 10 years experience administering local, state and federal elections. As a Wisconsin certified municipal clerk, I have a broad breadth of knowledge on all statutory clerk duties, including elections, open records law, open meetings law, liquor licensing, and committee support. My career has provided me the opportunity to explore many areas of public service, and I’ve discovered my strengths and passion lie in the challenging and complex world of election administration. My leadership style is democratic, but balanced. I like to keep an open mind, and look at big pictures, and solicit input from all levels. I believe it is important to be self-aware of my strengths and weaknesses, and build a team that complements those strengths and weaknesses. I value quality improvement, and believe that everyone can always improve on their skills. I’m well-organized and intuitive, and this makes me a great teacher and leader.
