KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Catering to affluent/Citi banking/Citi gold account holders of Vasant Vihar and Punjabi Bagh branch.• Managing a Portfolio of 300 HNI Clients with the total AUM of 70 Crore.• Profile and analyzed investment products to develop customized financial strategies for client’s financial needs .• Cross selling bank products /investments that involve an excellent rapport with clients which help in getting the larger share of customers’ wallet and also referrals.• Acquring new Current accounts of MNC’s to enhance the Forex/Trade revenue for the branch.• Strong relationship skills with experience of managing and handling the sophisticated needs of individuals and families• Strong investment skills and expertise in detailed client profiling• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines while maintaining high standards

• Catering to affluent/Citi banking/Citi gold account holders with professional advice and keep clients up to date with their investments and current market conditions• Working efficiently with clients and establish relationships based on trust to set up short term and long term investment strategies.• Cross selling bank products /investments that involve an excellent rapport with clients which help in getting the larger share of customers’ wallet and also referrals.• Maintaining zero escalation.
