About Nikki Sutton

I possess the LDSS (Learning Development and Support Service) level 4 qualification which was offered to me while employed with Black Country Connexions. Alongside the LSDD, I have a degree in Media and Communication Studies which I achieved at the University of Wolverhampton. I am always willing to undergo any job related training which will enhance my practice.I provide an impartial service delivering information, advice and guidance to vulnerable young people encouraging them to engage in some form of education, employment or training. The young people I support have a family history of unemployment therefore it is within my role to raise their aspirations and motivate them to engage in positive activities. I have experience engaging within vulnerable groups such as; young offenders, teenage parents, looked after young people, homelessness, hard to engage young people with a history of being NEET (Not Engaged in Employment or Training).
