I worked as a Change Manager at Openreach, designing and delivering large scale transformational change. Key programmes included the launch of new apps and technology to engineers and embedding the associated behavioural changes that accompanied the switch from pen and paper to the latest technology. Another involved the large-scale migration of desk based workers from remote locations into Centres of Excellence, using the move to launch new, more effective ways of working.
