Our Panels are superior in design and finishing compared to other wall panels that had drawn adverse image to such systems due to their various issues. Summary of product features:1. JOE Green Concrete Panel is a certified Singapore Green Label product (Cert. No: GLS022-015)2. The ONLY panel produced with TRULY minimum content of 30% up to 50% Recycled Concrete Aggregates (RCAs).3. Scored HIGHER points for BCA Green Mark appraisal system4. JOE Green is a SUPER FLAT panel, requires only SKIM COAT (Internal Wall). It has achieved a high point score of Labor Saving Index (LSI) of 0.90 for BCA’s Buildability Score (under Buildability Score of Wall System – for Precast wall with skim coat and paint finish on both sides).
