Lead the workplace experience team in our Los Gatos, California office while overseeing workplace operations in our Salt Lake City, Utah and Boulder, Colorado offices.Drive the employee experience as an innovative thought partner to stakeholders.Manage office enhancements, tenant improvements, and projects for both the long and short term.Planning for future development to align with strategic business objectives.Planning best space allocation and utilization of space resources for new buildings, or upgrades to the current premises. Manage the quality of service levels by directing and coordinating workplace operations. This includes reception, security, maintenance, shipping, space administration, janitorial, food program, EHS, sustainability, and events.Manage costs and assess overall risk.Oversee the emergency preparedness and response programs.Ensure an exceptional experience for new employees onboarding, guests and interview candidatesProvide both mid-term and long term facility plans based on growth analysis.Collaborate with the Talent, FP&A, Employee Technology, and Real Estate teams on overall employee experience.Communicate program information and updates to the team, stakeholders, and employees.Support and partner on capital projects and deliverables.
