Lsa At Muswell Hill Primary SchoolEducation Jan 2011 - Jan 2012London, United KingdomMy work as a Learning Support Assistant at Muswell Hill Primary School was on a 1:1 basis so the child would receive the right support for his/her needs. Each child needed their own support plan which I coordinated with the schools SENCO. I ensured all necessary tasks and activities were completed by having regular meetings with their other support workers and the child’s parents and by keeping reports and behavioural log books. In the meetings we would discuss how the child was doing; which activities were felt to be successful, and which ones weren’t, and where to go from there. I worked on developing their skills academically and also socially by running social inclusion projects.I also attended extra curricular activities such as school trips and holidays.
