Commercial Support Co-ordinator• Daily use of Bridge (linked to SAP) to produce offer letters to customers and to log offers for external sales team• Raising Credits, Claim backs and Multi Branch offers for external sales team• Pre Invoicing on a weekly basis via SAP for haulier agreement, cross referenced with ancillaries, returns and stock transfers, resolving queries to progress invoices on a timely basis• Returns management – raising returns and monitoring progress until credited• Production of monthly haulier KPI figures• Calculation of fuels surcharge adjustment using John Hall figures and production of fuel rate cards for four hauliers on a monthly basis• Monthly reports showing offers logged, pending, lost and placed• No show reports, evidencing re bookings and avoiding late delivery chargesCustomer Services• Processing orders via SAP, ensuring correct details ie quantity, products, account, pricing• Liaising with Commercial Admin and the external sales team with regards to pricing• Liaising with hauliers for delivery dates and times• Liaising with customer with regards to quantities, delivery ETAs, pricing• Main processor for technical products• Cover for Thermoshell and Polyfoam orders during holiday periods, including reporting of orders received, stock levels and Projects commenced• Cover for Commercial Support during part time hours/holiday periods

• Manage accounts within a set territory, dealing with orders, queries, replacements, returns, promotions, price adjustments and credits using SAP• First point of contact for accounts, building strong relationships and managing expectations• Liaising with production and supply chain to gain accurate and improved due dates• Liaising with despatch for specific delivery and collection dates• Investigating and resolving invoice queries to reduce aged debt• Returns coordinator, liaising with carriers and customers ensuring efficient credit timescales, producing reports for management meetings and completing claims forms for Kohler France• Liaising with Contracts department for pricing and correct referencing for large contract orders• Liaising with external sales force and managing their display orders and installation/maintenance requirements• Liaising with engineers to ensure efficient installation and maintenance of showroom displays• Daily EDI reports• Staff sale processing• Perfect Order Fulfilment Reporting• Working to both individual and team targets• Mentor for new staff
