About Nikki Williams

I spent my early years cheekily selling unused charity chocolates to my friends for profit, whilst holding senior leadership positions. So entrepreneurship and leadership were my callings from a young age...I have built and managed Milk Bottle Projects, a PR & Digital Marketing agency, a wedding and photography business in NW Stills and just launched my most exciting venture of Mentwell, a digital gift card system for mental health and wellness services where the receiver gets to choose how they redeem.www.mentwell.com.auwww.milkbottleprojects.comwww.nwstills.comI have a knack for seeing opportunities and putting my life's experience into my work. I haven't ever lasted in formal 9-5 roles but this has allowed me to be an independent thinker and to see gaps in markets.After working with Susan Sarandon, Goldie Hawn and Snoop Dogg on various projects and renowned companies such as RACV, Lion Co, Rubik's and Made Establishment (George Calombaris), I've realised that I have an innate desire to help people in a bigger, more pragmatic way...This need has stemmed from having experienced my own traumas in life and having stumbled into the wellness industry by accident to find huge transformation in the way I live, think and connect to others, this is now a path I'm truly passionate about. Having now finished my Yoga Teacher and Reiki Training, I'm dedicated to teaching people about trauma and healing through Mentwell.
