The experience I gained at the NFL taught me what it means to event plan from a customer standpoint. I fully believe that the customer always comes first. Guest satisfaction is key in order to drive loyalty and revenue. Due to my strong food and beverage knowledge, event management experience and guest service satisfaction scores, I was recently internally promoted to Senior Event Manager, Catering at the amazing Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center in Aurora, CO. This role has elevated my forecasting and budgeting knowledge and has truly allowed me to create menus that add value to every customer's event.
