• Work with hiring managers to approve/open requisitions and post on Broadvoice’s ATS (Jobvite)• Meet with hiring managers to understand each position’s requirements and qualifications• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Handshake and screen all inbound applications• Conduct 30-minute screening calls to learn about candidates experience and share more about Broadvoice’s mission and culture along with specific details on each position and team• Submit relevant candidates to hiring managers and log all candidate qualifications meticulously to ensure all needs are met• Coordinate interview times with hiring managers and discuss evaluations and next steps following all completed interviews• Present verbal offers and create offers using Jobvite and Docusign• Negotiate terms of offers between hiring managers and candidates• Assist with on-boarding emails, equipment tickets and shipments, conducting candidate references and meeting candidates on Zoom for their first day with the team• Experience with placing technical candidates and candidates with specific VoIP experience

• Prospect potential clients and manage business-to-business exposure• Utilize social media and create advertisements to connect with candidates• Liaise with technical hiring managers and human resources to gather requirements• Sourced candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Dice• Negotiate contract terms and conditions of employment with candidates and clients• Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals and sales leads• Conduct client calls and coordinate scheduling• Entry level to C-suite level placements in a technical capacity
