I'm not going to lie - I'm obsessed with what I do! Designing is my passion and my playground. I love transforming blank spaces into stunning visuals that make my clients happy. There's nothing more satisfying than seeing their ideas grow and blossom into beautiful marketing materials. And the best part is hearing how their customers rave about them!I've been in the business world for over 28 years, and I've done it all (graphic design, marketing, advertising, publishing, you name it). I have a B.S. in Psychology & Social Work, a decade of experience in banking & mortgage, and 18 years of rocking the marketing and design world. Plus, I come from a long line of entrepreneurs and business owners, so it's in my blood.I left the finance world in 2003 and switched to design and advertising, working with some of the top Realtors in the region. After honing my skills for a few years, I launched Nikki & Co. in 2007. Nikki & Co. is your one-stop shop for custom graphic design, printing, and website design/development. My goal is to build lasting relationships with my clients and offer affordable, creative, professional design services for any size business. I'm all about helping my clients express their vision and personality through various marketing strategies.In 2012, I joined the Yamhill County Real Estate Guide as Lead Designer. I worked with founder and owner Liz Heller to improve the magazine's design and printing quality. We also created a new website and a digital version of the magazine. When Liz retired in 2019, she passed the torch to me, and I was honored to take over.The Yamhill County Real Estate Guide will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2024 and is the longest-running real estate publication in Yamhill County. The magazine's purpose has always been to provide affordable advertising to the real estate community, its affiliates, and the people we serve.But wait, there’s more (lol)! In 2022, I felt the urge to spice things up and return to the corporate world and corporate marketing. I was looking for a challenge and a change of pace. I also wanted to find a company that aligned with my values and vision. I searched high and low until I found my perfect match: Evergreen Home Loans. They are a great team of professionals caring about their customers and community. I’m thrilled to be part of their marketing department and to use my skills and experience to help them grow and succeed.
