Cases of this nature often involve consideration of human rights law and equality legislation.Nikki has extensive experience in inquests, including long-running proceedings involving several properly interested parties, dozens of witnesses, significant disputes as to facts, disclosure issues and risk of potential future police investigations or prosecutions.
