I was born in London, England 1979. Raised in a Gaudiya Vaisnava family and as a vegetarian. Growing up in many spiritual communities and temples I started chanting mantras, learning the Vedic scriptures, and practicing yoga at a very early age. In the professional world I started my journey of facilitating experiential trainings in 1996. I am a professional facilitator and provide team and leadership development to corporations, communities and youth. Some of my certifications include; DiSC Classic (certified trainer), team & leadership training, and diversity training (CCEJ). I am also a graduate of PAX mastery & Leadership program which is dedicated to the distinctions between men and women and creating effective partnership.
