I'm pleased to say I come packaged with 25+ years of Customer Service experience through various industries. I have a strong background in sales, retail operations, management, inventory control, merchandising and much more. I've sold everything from shoes, apparel and accessories to a wide variety of telecommunications amd insurance products. I have experience in other trades such as cosmetology, food service and death care. I attended courses and completed all requirements to receive my Health, Life, and Annuities license. I have always had an uncontrollable motivation to want be more efficient, more effective. I teach myself something new everyday. I have a passion for knowledge and sharing what I learn with others. I am capable of reviewing sales processes and office procedures to establish simplified ways of accomplishing more in less time.
