While working as an Associate Producer I field produced and edited several packages for air. These include a tour of the Statue of Liberty with Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke; interviews and tours following the President's trip to the Sheffer Corp in Cincinatti, OH; and the 141st Westminster Dog Show.Throughout the year I also shadowed field producers for the Breakfast with Friends series, traveling to Scranton, PA; Dayton, OH; and Canton, OH to speak with the local communities for reaction and impact of current political events. Following the 2016 election as a Production Assistant, I was a part of our Fox and Friends field producing team in Washington, D.C. for the Inauguration. We worked one-on-one with high profile guests and prepared the live remote show for air.On election night, I went live from Columbus, OH for opening coverage of polls and voter interactions, interviewing locals in swing state diners to capture the pulse of the nation for our Breakfast with Friends series.For the 2016 presidential and vice presidential debates, I field produced the events for Fox & Friends on-site in Farmville, VA and St. Louis, MO. Pre-planning took place in the weeks following up to the debates with producers and bookers. On-site duties included coordinating guests and elaborate set ups for each with marching bands, cheerleaders, dancers, College Democrats, and College Republicans.
