I have always lived by three M's – Managing, Marketing and Making an Impact.I was schooled in management by my parents, who grew a small scale business into a mid-sized firm over 20 years of me growing up. The learnings became an integral part of my fabric. They shaped my ten-year old career that has spanned over advertising, hospitality & eventually fmcg, where I'm now firmly rooted. Over the decade, I’ve found myself integrated in the companies I’ve worked for, not merely as an employee, but an essential cog driving its growth. High energy and my natural curiosity to find answers whether a strategy that defines the brand, a rare product that completes my brand’s portfolio and even a keen aptitude for assembling capable teams to drive my brands, have propelled me in this journey. I’d define myself as part cheerleader and part change agent, bringing an innovative customer-focused approach to my businesses. From making a restaurant/business Mia Cucina in debt profitable within four years to becoming a founding member of one of India’s fastest growing FMCG Svami Progressive Drinks. I’ve always approached businesses from a problem-solution perspective. I’ve been served by my innate ability to identify the customers’ pain point and come up with strategic solutions. While I like to call it humanising brands.
