I am the Chief Executive Officer for South Bay Association of REALTORS®, a member organization for real estate professionals that promotes Professional Standards, provides effective continuing education, favorably influences public policy, serves as a business tool for the success of its members and reaches out to the community. In this role I manage everything from member services, the development, distribution and maintenance of all print and electronic collateral, and webpage maintenance. I also develop new programs and initiatives for association members and act as a liaison to several SBAOR committees and REALTOR® groups. Before joining South Bay Association of REALTORS®, I worked as Director of Events and Event Marketing at Discus Dental and a Human Resources and Programs Administrator at RE/MAX Beach Cities Realty. I am truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with others in similar industries and careers. Colleagues know me as a highly creative marketer who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the audience before suggesting ideas. I have an MBA from Pepperdine University, a BA from the University of Southern California and a Master of Real Estate from REALTOR University. I have had amazing opportunities volunteering for several organizations throughout my career. I am always interested in hearing from former colleagues and would love to network with professionals every chance I get.
