Program Manager for the Support Services team and Testing/QA team.Support Services team- 8 support team members and approximately 60 clients • Manage all change requests from the client after their transition to support. • Work with the client to gather requirements • Engage the engineer to assist with the level of effort • Provide details to the sales department so they can create the change request or SOW• Responsible for sending weekly status updates to clients that have active change requests• Responsible for overlooking the support ticketing system for Production, test, or development environment issuesTesting team- 3 testers, 1 QA Analyst• Responsible for creating processes for the newly created testing department • Utilize Microsoft Project to track scheduling of testing that is needed • Work with Project Managers and Business Analysts on scheduling and to ensure the testers have the necessary test cases and test data they need to begin testing. • Work with the Core Engineering team to plan new branch release testing • Create regression testing documents for software applications to be used for testing new Core branch releases
