It is well known for a commitment to family care, community engagement and investor value.My role includes:The development of a Remuneration and Benefits Strategy, policy and processes Working with the Group Executive Human Resources to provide advice and support to the Board’s Remuneration Committee as required, focussing on remuneration arrangements for Key Management Personnel (KMP). This includes quarterly reporting and board papers.Preparation of the Remuneration report in the company’s Annual Report to shareholders, working closely with finance.Partnering and collaboration with HR Business Partners and extended Human Resources team on communication and deployment of all remuneration programs.Providing strong consultative guidance and analysis for Human Resources Business Partners and business leaders.Managing the Equity Plans working with both finance and our share plan administrators.Researching emerging remuneration and benefit trends in the markets where InvoCare operates and make recommendations as appropriate.Design, implement and review variable pay plans including short term incentives and sales incentives ensuring market competitiveness, aligned performance and behaviour outcomes and sound governance practices
