I am a Recruitment Adviser for the Cambridge and Peterborough Campuses. I specialise in finding part time, temporary work for students and graduates.

Assisting the Recruitment Advisers with writing and posting job advertisements, sourcing and selecting a range of candidates, carrying out pre-employment checks and ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation. Networking with internal and external clients to promote the Employment Bureau.Networking with students and other potential candidates to promote the Employment Bureau at events and offer advice regarding temporary and permanent work opportunities. Responsible for the running of the Social Media pages and ensuring all are up to date and always increasing numbers and awareness.

Assisting my partner in the general set up of our new business and running the operations and sales of the business. My partner and I spearheaded the bootcamp and now have more than 15 members who have started achieving their fitness goals. I am responsible for the sales of the business; ensuring that all new and potential members know what we have to offer and the best price available to them. Operational tasks include; the H&S aspects including; risk assessments, insurance and H&S forms for new members. I am also responsible for the purchasing and expenditure, invoices and ensuring all social media is current and up to date

As Lettings Administrator, I work closely with the Lettings team to provide administrative support, including answering the telephone, booking appointments, marketing, and general document management. My role has progressed into being responsible for all marketing and re-marketing of properties to our website (Lettings). This includes occasionally photographing the properties and downloading and altering where needed; obtaining EPCs and GSC for properties and ensuring the website is accurate and updated on a daily basis.

Running the Operational side of the business and working closely with the Sales teams and third parties to ensure the smooth running of the business. Responsible for business audits including; financial and commercial, service and legal. Implementing health and safety in the club, managing the sales teams in the absence of the Sales Manager, ensuring that KPIs and targets are achieved, building relationships with business partners, running the club in the absence of the Club Manager and ensuring audits are passed and member surveys and P&L reflect highly on the Balance Score Card (BSC)

Managing the Sales Team and Front of House Team on delivering targets, both individual and business. All managed on KPIs. Was awarded Top Deputy Club Manager one month into the role. The Cambridge club also won The Financial and Commerical club of the year 2013.
