Commencing the role of CEO at Cure Cancer in 2018, Nikki brought with her an international approach to work and fundraising having previously held leadership positions in Hong Kong, Singapore and London. Nikki has pioneered the use of new technologies within the organisation. Cure Cancer was the first charity in Australia to adopt Google Pay and the second to introduce donations via Facebook Giving. Under Nikki’s leadership, the organisation also implemented the extremely successful Gaming & Streaming product, Game on Cancer resulting in over $1.5mn of fundraising revenue to date.In the past 6 years, Nikki’s leadership has seen:-158% increase in new donors- 291% increase in conversion- 441% increase in the number of transactions received - 104% increase in net profit Nikki was awarded the Governor-General of Australia's Medallion for Cure Cancer's impact on the Australian community in December 2020. She was the winner of the 'Success in ASEAN' Singapore Business Award in 2017 thanks to her ground-breaking work in Asia and was also nominee for 2023 and 2019 CEO of the Year Award, Third Sector Australia.

Reporting into the Global VP of Operations in Seattle I was responsible for the growth of the EMEA region across a portfolio of 7 different products in 12 countries.Specific responsibilities across the region included: • Responsible for Sales budget of £34.8 million across 12 countries• Mature Market growth and new market launches• Development of budget & sales plans • Management of offline and online sales performance• Staff management of 3 staff and 150 indirect reports• Accountability for quality & compliance KPIs• Stakeholder & vendor management across EMEA as well as responsibility for the management of offshore vendors in Egypt & India
