As Principal of Cause Consulting, she wakes up each day architecting cause-related strategies and initiatives that help her clients "strengthen business and impact society." Clients look to Nikki to push their thinking and vision around a range of CSR issues as they seek greater social impact, deeper employee engagement and stronger brand differentiation. Since her early days as a consultant in Washington, DC working on public education, access to healthcare, youth development and international affairs with leading nonprofits and foundations -- to her decade of work growing the cause practice at Cone, she quickly became known as a "go-to" thinker and executor. She is proud to have been a leader behind initiatives such as New Balance SparkStart, HARMAN Inspired, JCPenney Afterschool, Chevy R.O.C.K. (Reaching Out to Communities and Kids), and Redbox Outside the Box. Nikki has deep knowledge of social issues and a fresh approach to crafting programs that generate awareness, engage stakeholders and create change. So why the fast pace?
