Nikki has over 30 years of experience in human resources and talent management. Her area of expertise is developing a strategic talent program that is integrated with the corporate strategy. Nikki has worked closely with the private equity sponsors and Boards of Directors, as well as serving as Secretary of the Compensation Committee. Nikki currently is the Chief People Officer at AMS, the global leader in technology-enabled talent acquisition outsourcing and consulting. At AMS, her executive position includes developing and overseeing our People and Culture global strategy to ensure it's alignment to our business priorities. Previously, she was Chief People and Transformation Officer at StudyGroup. At StudyGroup, she has a leadership role focused on people and transformation programmes focused on improving the student, employee and client experience. Prior to that she held CHRO roles at HotSchedules and TwentyEigty. At TwentyEighty, a world leader in helping organizations improve business outcomes through workforce learning. She initially began working with TwentyEighty, when she was Founder and Managing Director of Xceleration Partners, a consulting firm that assisted private equity firms with managing the acquisition and integration of the portfolio companies. She was hired by Providence Equity to lead their integration program management office when they were forming TwentyEighty through a series of acquisitions in 2013 and 2014. Prior to that, Nikki joined Qwiz, Inc. as Director of HR in 2000. In 2004, Nikki continued to lead the HR function while starting the Professional Services practice. After the merger of Qwiz and ePredix in 2005, Nikki became the CHRO and SVP of Product Management of the combined company globally and ultimately merged with SHL in 2011. At SHL, Nikki became the Global Chief Human Resources Officer which had 1,100 staff in 24 countries. In August 2012 by Corporate Executive Board where Nikki helped manage the transition of human resources into the new organization. Early in her career she worked in Human Resources at the University of Iowa, Glenayre Technologies and CarMax. Nikki holds a BBA in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Iowa and has achieved an SPHR designation. Nikki is a member of SHRM, HR Policy Association and HR Leadership Forum in Atlanta.
