She was hired by Providence Equity to lead their integration program management office when they were forming TwentyEighty through a series of acquisitions in 2013 and 2014. Prior to that, Nikki joined Qwiz, Inc. as Director of HR in 2000. In 2004, Nikki continued to lead the HR function while starting the Professional Services practice. After the merger of Qwiz and ePredix in 2005, Nikki became the CHRO and SVP of Product Management of the combined company globally and ultimately merged with SHL in 2011. At SHL, Nikki became the Global Chief Human Resources Officer which had 1,100 staff in 24 countries. In August 2012 by Corporate Executive Board where Nikki helped manage the transition of human resources into the new organization. Early in her career she worked in Human Resources at the University of Iowa, Glenayre Technologies and CarMax. Nikki holds a BBA in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Iowa and has achieved an SPHR designation. Nikki is a member of SHRM, HR Policy Association and HR Leadership Forum in Atlanta.
