About Nikki Lopez

I spent nearly 7 years working in ECommerce dealing with Online Credit Card processing. Another, 9 years in the Automotive industry using Internet technology to send leads to car dealerships. However, my true passion is fitness. I decided to follow my dreams and obtained my AFAA group fitness certification and became CPR/AED certified. Using my technology and fitness background I now work for Orangetheory Fitness!! Excited to join there team in 2015, I work with franchisees handling the logistics of fitness equipment for the thousands of successful domestic and international franchises.Orangetheory is a 5 zone heart-rate base interval training program. Using interval training to target zones 3, 4, and 5. While working out if your heart-rate stays in zone 3 for 20-30 mins and zones 4 & 5 for 12-22 mins you will reach EPOC. Which is the amount of oxygen required to restore your body to normal. Causing your body can continue to burn calories long after you’ve finished your workout!
