As a Senior Manager to the Life Sales Support team, I was responsible for coordinating carrier relationships in Fort Wayne, and carrier product development and support. I developed new ways to support our external RVP protection specialists in the area of effective and accountable sales support strategies. As a Life Marketing Team Lead at Ash Brokerage, I was responsible for facilitating conversations around life insurance and planning solutions to financial advisors and planners. Our approach was to focus on customization to make sure the design fits both the client's need and budget, which could include term, whole life, universal life, and variable products for fully-underwritten, simplified and guaranteed issued plans.
