Nikki is an Energy Trust Existing Buildings Energy Advisor for the government sector within the Portland metro region.• Consulting with customers to identify areas for efficiency upgrades throughout their Existing Buildings portfolios• Project management through all phases of project lifecycles • Project support and technical assistance coordination with engineering teams• Outreach across the region to develop & strengthen relationships throughout the industry• Speak at conferences about the Existing Buildings program and how energy savings aligns with Executive Orders and standards outlined in Climate Action Plans for local and regional government agencies

Work closely with municipalities from Astoria to The Dalles, State Agencies, and Federal Agencies to identify and manage energy efficiency upgrades and projects in their existing buildings portfolios. Track project timelines and assist with program requirements, including interfacing with stakeholders, shareholders, constituents, and contractors as needed. Review annual capital improvement plans and make suggestions for projects to pursue studying for potential incentives. Present at conferences and partake in speaking engagements to promote the program and increase awareness, especially in underserved areas.
