Responsible for R&D dealing with Structural Long Products applications in the Construction market and coordinator of the Construction Portfolio Long Products.

To manage and coordinate internal and European research projects

I’ve managed and co-ordinate internal and European research projects (about 30 projects with partners and subcontractors coming from all over Europe). Each research project aimed at achieving deliverables as: new products & solutions, standards/codes/regulations/technical agreement, design aids, as well as promotion materials and campaign. Through efforts in the research projects, I have obtained expertise in the following fields: fire design, composite construction, composite bridges, cost optimization, sustainability and building physics and I have contributed to the market strategy of specific applications and products (bridges, firebreak panels, cellular beams, composite construction…). I have ensured the dissemination of our research results through seminars, conferences organization to engineers and architects as well as through papers in scientific publications..I have also assisted the marketing and technical assistance departments through my expertise in specific fields (steel and composite construction, fire engineering …) and the numerical tools developed by our research department.

In this position I’ve performed basic design, global design and fatigue analyses of structures, using SACS and ANSYS. I’ve realized detailed FE models in order to demonstrate the structural integrity of the structures.

I’ve initiated, developed and maintained customer relationships, I’ve managed the portfolio of customers, their contacts, orders and deliveries and also I’ve performed and supervised all activities related to the sales order and delivery process. I’ve managed customer relations to maximize service satisfaction, contributing to sales growth.I was also responsible with preparation and pursuance of production orders for all departments of the factory. To this effect, I was part of a team who implemented dedicated software which was successfully integrated in the work of all the factory departments. I’ve analyzed the materials consumption in correlation with required production parameters, working on production and sales statistics and by token of those results doing recommendations to the procurement department. I had a very good inter-departmental activity in order to achieve the requested performance to obtain the ISO 9001 certificate. Today S.C. Beyler S.A. has ISO 9000 certificate and also TŰV certificate.Cooperating with technical department, I’ve been involved in designing and assembling of a polishing line.
