Projects managed include the implementation of service to numerous new clients & formulating and rolling out operational governance processes and practices across the service centre. Focus includes developing & embeding a passionate and engaging culture across all service lines by means of CSR & Wellbeing initiatives.May 2011 - April 2013Head of Shared ServicesResponsible firstly for the stabilsation of service to a major new RPO client focusing on embedding LEAN methodology from the Shared Service centre in South Birmingham. Projects included the offshoring of service elements to Manila; embedding the clients LEAN methodology - Sytems Thinking - across all service lines and implementing a new HR system into the recruitment function.From January 2013 additional responsibilities for the Shared Service centre in Keele, Staffordshire. Main projects include transitioning the contract generation and pre-employment services teams from London to Keele and the interview scheduling team from Birmingham growing the Recruitment Administrations teams size from 8 to over 50.

Projects managed include the off-shoring of service elements to India; implementing and embeding major operational excellence projects and developing meaningful management information tools.
